We also provide private or small group meditation & yoga sessions by appointment only.

Looking for an efficient, full body, transformational workout that builds long and lean muscles, builds core strength and stability and is always challenging? We got you covered.
Our classes hold a MAX of 8 people, allowing for individualized attention on proper form. The studio follows the Lagree Fitness Method™ developed by celebrity trainer and fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree. Movements are slow and controlled and activate your slow-twitch muscle fibers which create lean, long muscles.
Lagree Fitness™ meets all the elements for physical fitness including Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility, not just in 1 session but in each and every move.

Inspirational Instructors: All of our teachers are officially Lagree certified. They will push you past your comfort zone, encourage & support you. They are our FITFAM and the heart of the studio.
Grip socks are required for all classes. No exceptions.
Brand new to the Mega? We highly recommend starting with BASICS. Proper form is essential for best results. BASICS is NOT easy. Slower pace. Hyper focused on form. Great for beginners, those who are seeking a more mellow class or recovering from an injury.
The secret sauce to The Method™ and its ingenuity, is the patented Megaformer™. The M3 Megaformer™ utilizes balance and resistance through its springs and creates tension to push your body to maximum exertion through slow repetition training. Slow repetition training is shown to provide all the benefits you seek from an exercise with negligible risk of injury.
